Availability of 8-bit hard drive defragment utilities?

No RAM disk required
BEACH.COMBER.20 - For use with hard drive up to 20 MB
RAM disk required
BEACH.COMBER.32 - For use with hard drive up to 32 MB
Apple IIgs required!

What slot/drive does your RAMdrive reside at?  As I remember, BEACH.COMBER.20 
will ignore any RAMdrive located in slot 3/drive 2 (where Apple's /RAM 
resides).  It will work fine if the the AuxRAMdrive is in slot3/drive 1.
