        SHRView (by Ron Mercer) is an Apple IIgs specific image viewer,
you cannot use it on an 8-bit Apple II. Simply because something uses
ProDOS 8 rather than GS/OS, does _not_ mean it will run on an Apple IIe.
(ie, ANSITerm, NoiseTracker GS, Print Shop GS, countless game titles).

        If you want to view GIF images on Apple IIe, the only available
option I know of is IIGIF v1.0.
