APPLE IIe APPLEWORKS --> IBM and/or MAC MSACCESS

I have an APPLE IIe with APPLEWORKS 3, no modem, 5.25 drives.
I need to get one or more APPLEWORKS Databases to MSACCESS on MAC or IBM.
I may have access to intermediate machines (ie: IIgs)
What is the quickest, most straight forward method of doing so, without a
hardware investment?
This is about 8 years history for a non-profit organization, and I don't
want to rekey it or spend much money on it.
