I agree that it's annoying to run into folks who can't generate
appropriately-formatted posts, but it's not at all hard for you to
fix.  Just do this in vi to reformat the current file:

	!$fmt

Or you can bind a useless key to "reformat paragraph":

	:map q !}fmt^M}

(Note that the ^M should be a CTRL-M; type it in vi by typing CTRL-V
CTRL-M.  You can put this in your ~/.exrc so that it's always available
by just omitting the leading ":".)
