File-A-Trix

Since posting that File-A-Trix is now freeware, I've rec'd a couple of 
emails asking me where to get it.  I got mine from GEnie.  v1.1.1 is the 
latest version; the only change from v1.1.0 is the change to freeware status.

I checked on the ground archive, and they have v1.0.  I couldn't get into 
caltech.  If it turns out that caltech doesn't have it either, I'll try 
to upload it this weekend.
