I bought on the net the ORIGINAL disk for
FASTBREAK IIGS, by Accolade Software.
It is a basketball game.
Problem is, that it does not load properly. It gets to the second or
third opening screen, then recycles through it all again.
The article on this software in COMPUTIST magazine states that Accolade's
copy protectioon scheme is defective and that what has happeed is common
on originals. The prescribed Computist krack does not work either
because the protection code was moved elsewhere.
Any help? Can I mail this original to someone who can install the
software that is really bootable?
Seller has offered to refund my $5 on this disk, but if I can get the
disk to work, I prefer to keep it.
Thanks!
