Commands on a ][+

A few days ago, I took out (and dusted off) my old Apple ][+ for the first
time in 4 years. I can still rember how to use basic, but I can remember a
few other commands. These are changing drives (switching from drive 1 to
drive 2) and formatting disk with a 'hello' program. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
