Apple III?

Hello everyone:

I saw an Apple III today! I know this was one ofApple's less excepted
designs!  I tried to access the apple tech info web page about it, but I
didn't have much success.

Can someone tell me the relationship between the III and the II?
Can the III use apple II software?
Is there any interest in this machine, ie collectors item?
