The Super Serial Card's original manual ALSO had the ROM listing
for the Rev.A ROMs. Apple included documented entry points for several
subroutines that were kept the same (entry points, that is!) for the //c
and the //gs.
I USED to have a couple of the manuals, but have lost them over
the years ... sigh.
