Magic Window (Word Proccessor for IIe)--->MacWrite II ????

              I need to convert a text file from a Public Domain Word
Processor for the Apple IIe called "Magic Window," to a MacWrite II file,
or even just to a plain mac text file.  
         So far I haven't even been able to copy the Magic Window file
onto a 3.25 disk for the 5.25 disk it is on now.  I have a 5.25 Disk drive
and a 3.25 Disk Drive on my Apple IIe, but Magic Window doesn't seem to
want to use the 3.25 drive, it won't save anything on to that 3.25 disk
drive.  I figure once I can get it onto a 3.25 disk, the rest should be
easy.
          Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, this is a long
file that I don't really want to type again.
