csa2 and friends

It is sad that one or two "people" try to ruin csa2 for the rest of us.  
The best remedy is for everyone to add them to their Killfile.  When you 
reply in kind or even when you reply intelligently, you're only 
encouraging them to continue.

Let them die on the vine, as it were.  I know the first impulse is to 
type a scathing come-back, but it only perpetuates their presence.  Let's 
deny them the pleasure.
