If you have a IIgs with enough memory to load the file into RAM, see if
you can find a copy of Dick Napoli's "NetEdit".  It's essentially just a
big GS/OS TextEdit window that can handle big files, and has a feature to
strip out LF's.

Barring that, if you need to do it all on disk, you could write a short
BASIC routine to do it in ProDOS...gimme a couple of hours and I'll post
the code here.
