    The simplest way is to convert your Apple II stuff  to Text files and
transfer the files via a NULL-modem connection to the PC. On the Apple
side, set Spectrum or ProTerm or whatever to a decent baud rate (like 9600
or 14.4K).  On the PC side set ProCom Plus, Telemate, etc. to the same
speed. Use z-modem protocol and transfer the files.
