   Looks like something created on an IBM, probably running
Windoze. It's encoded in MIME format, which isn't quite decodable on
the Apple II, and the contents are most certainly not decodable. 

   Find the person who sent that email, and tell them to send it in
a common format, with a common encoding, and to not do this again.

   I feel that MIME will do more to fracture the internet up into
camps based on what software people have; with it, you are no longer
very strongly encouraged to use several common formats. Under MIME,
any application can store its data in any dang way it wants, and if
the user doesn't have that application, tough sh*t.
