When you run the program named BINSCII and tell it to UnConvert a
Binscii file, you usually end up with some kind of packed file, like an
.SHK file. Sometimes, the sender does not add the .SHK (or whatever)
suffix. You might try viewing the file in case the creator included some
text info at the start.

During the UnConvert, you should get a line or more of stuff showing
that BINSCII is processing the file. Also, doing UnConvert on a Binscii
file should change it. If UnConvert seems to work on the file, then you
can try using ShrinkIt-GS. (You may have to set ShrinkIt's input to "all
files" if the file does not end in .SHK.)

If UnConvert does nothing, the file may not be a Binscii file or it
may have been changed (damaged) during transmission.
