Shell Applications for Orca?

   hI all, I have a question(actually a few) about ORCA. I noticed that I 
can run other applications withing orca, that is by simply going to the 
shell window and running the s165 aplications. Then at the top right , 
some arrows and a foot print appears. I am wondr\ering what the foot 
print is supposed to mean. Also, no applications that I have tried run 
perfectly under this shell...example SHR2.01 makes the screen look 
strange, and other applications usually make the computer crash into the 
monitor...REally wierd things happen... So what applications will and 
won't work under the ORCA shell? I have ORCA2.02. I have 4 megs, and I 
have usually about 2.5 megs of ram free.... I have tried with more 
avaialbe, but it does not seem to stop the problems. Also, I have seen a 
few programs written and sent to binaries.apple2like an RZ/SZ protocol 
thingy. Is this for some modem program that can be run thru the ORCA 
shell? Is there any program that helps one use the power of ORCA to 
connect to the net?  I think I am rambling a bit on here...but basically 
what I am asking is, what was this RZ/SZ thing used for? Thanks for any 
help...say, if you know anything interesting that you may think I would 
like to know about the IIGs, TELL me! I want to learn as much as 
possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
