Blue Helmet (FTA game)

I just downloaded the Blue Helmet game from grind..er..ground.  Unshrunk 
it to a disk ok, but can't get the darn thing to boot.  It starts off, 
puts the name on the top of the screen, and then crashes into the rolling 
apple with a "Boot Error 1" error.  I'm using a ROM 1 GS with 4 megs RAM 
and System 6.0.1.  Any help would be appreciated.
