In your recent post you said you have a dead "J" key on a ][+ keyboard. The
first level of fix is (with the machine off) _carefully_ pry off the offending
keycap. Then take some control or contact cleaner (some use stuff like WD-40,
etc), depress the plunger for the sick keyswitch and spray some of the cleaner
into the body of the switch.
Work the plunger up and down several times. Respray and test. If this does
not loosen the gunk that is keeping the switch from working, I can send you
another one (or several). There is no shortage of switches for the ][+!
