Need advice!

Hello all!

OK here's my problem: Way back last year (about the end of
August or September, I ordered a CD-ROM drive (2x) speakers, some other
stuff and an _upgrade for my RamFAST Rev. C SCSI Card_. Everything else
was recieved very quickly and to my satisfaction, however I still haven't
receive the chip yet. The business in question is Alltech Electronics
Co. Please keep in mind I am NOT bashing them or trying to discredit
them. I'm just trying to get help as to solve this problem (I REALLY
want the chip damn it!!!).
They told me it was in back order so they had to order it right
from Sequential Systems...fine with me. A month later I called, same
deal. This has been going on for months. The last time I called (around
the end of December during break) the operator their told me that
Seqential Systems wasn't cooperating...I would receive it eventually. My
question is, why won't sequental systems send them the stupid chip so
they can send it to me??? I even e-mailed Sequential a month ago and
still have yet to hear a response from them... :(
Please give me some advice on how to go about solving this (aside
from cancelling the order). I can't stress how much I want the
upgrade!!! BTW, does Tony Diaz frequent this group...maybe he could
help? Again, I just want to stress that I have nothing against Alltech
(it's not their problem, it's sequential's)...I whole-heartedly recommend
buying from them...excellent prices and service if you need parts!
	Thankx in advance!
