Convert Apple][e 5" disk to DOS - Help?

I have some personal AppleIIe disks created in the early 80's that I would 
like to convert to DOS. I no longer own an Apple or have access to one with 5 
inch capabilities. But I do have access to a PC with 360K 5 inch disk drive.

Any Hope? Any Help?
