GView woes :(

First off, this program is off to a GREAT start!  If an image is larger 
than the screen res of the second sight, it scrolls...vertically AND 
horizontally!  What a concept!  :)  The only disappointment was, the AST 
VisionPlus RAW files.  I have been waiting my entire life to see these 
things in their true color... but when I finally get to the shining 
moment, my SS displays garbage.  There are red and blue color bars at the 
bottom of the screen, that are in a pattern resembling a log chart.  In 
the middle is a strip/band of color garbage from left to right.  I 
noticed, the same colors at the bottom also occur in the exact same 
pattern when viewing TARGAs with SecondView.  My SS has ROM v1.1, and 
it's the 80ns model.  What's going on? :(
