Well, I know that on some IIc's the mouse is in slot 7, which isn't
exactly standard I guess.  All the documentation claims that it is in slot
4, and it was some time 'till I figured out that that was why my programs
didn't work.  Most programs do a search of all the slots looking for the
ID bytes of the mouse, but maybe Timeout Paint assumes it is in slot 4.

The ID bytes are:

$20 at $Cs0C
$D6 at $CsFB

where s is the slot number you're checking.
