I have an external 5.25" disk drive made by Apple that has a 37 
pin male connector.  It is labeled on the bottom, "Apple PC 
5.25 Drive"  Is this for an Apple II/IIe/IIc/IIgs or for a Mac? 
Anyone seen one of these before?
