ProFile controller cards

I jsut picked up 2 Profile hard drives off the carcass of an Apple ///.
I don't have any disks for the Apple /// and it won't boot from the Profiles
so I'd like to use the Profiles on my IIe.

* Does anyone have or know where I can get an Apple /// boot disk.  Is 
there an FAQ?  Maybe I might enjoy using it, if it doesn't crash as often 
as I've heard ///s do.

* Where can I get an Profile controller card for the IIe?  Any advice on 
how to set it up?  I'd like to be able to boot from the profile to save 
wear and tear on my Disk II drive.

* Are there any parts or pieces I could salvage from the /// for use in 
the IIe?
