Mark I am using Lynx with PT 3.1 and also have VT100 set, my arrow keys 
work for me make sure that you have emulation set to emulate and not 
backspace or delete..in the dial menu, also check what keyboard is 
selected in the install section under misc menu..if that still doesnt 
work use the numeric key pad keys, if all fails e-mail me, they will work 
its just a matter of setup.
