Are they going to provide Macs or IBMs for every user?
Just another proof of their discrimination based on hardware!
I think anyone with an A2 account should have told them to shove it long ago.
I for one will never subscribe to them again, even if I do get hardware
they support. I wish I could get them to pay me back for the terrible
service they provided before I dropped them, and their refusal to upgrade
all A2 software since around '86 while the added tons of improvements to
Mac and IBM software.
Apple II users made them into a real company, and most would have
continued to use them if they had improved service. But, like Apple,
they said, 'We're taking your money and using it to improve everybody
else's service, and screw you!' and then blaim A2 users for not using
their service as the reason for eliminating the service.
Apple refused to advertize the A2 line, and then said "Look, it doesn't
sell!".
Are we to blaim for their stupid and foolish business moves?
Are we to blaim for reacting to those moves?
No, in both cases, but they will point the finger at us!
Please feel free to flame, but address it to AOL and APPLE!
