Re: HFS.FST patch not stable?

I copied the files off of a 99.9MB HFS volume, updated the FST, formatted
the volume, and restored the files.

Something changed along the way because before the operation, the Icon Info
of the volume showed 1946 files but after the operation, there were 2296
files!  While number of files went up, disk space used went down 100K!

What's going on?
