Thanks for the link. Here is a DSK copy that is NOT usable:

This Apple program is not protected nor the disk. The .NIB image is
bad:
- two sectors of track 3 cannot be read
- one sector of track 4 cannot be read
The NIB image shows that the disk uses standard markers D5AA96/DEAA
and D5AAAD/DEAA
If you want to generate the original disk from the NIB file, read my
previous answer about NIB/EDD/SST in that thread.
What would be best is to get a working copy of the Fortran 2
compiler :-) Anyone?
