The short answer: Yes.
The long answer: Probably. There are a few ][e programs which will not
run correctly on the IIgs. One example which sticks out in my mind is
Apple Writer ][e, which will work okay on the IIgs until you try to print.
And a correction patch is available.
In addition, if the ][e is not an enhanced ][e, you may see some other
interesting things. For example, I have a couple of PFS:File databases
which are completely useless on my ][gs because of Mousetext. The program
works just fine, I just can't read the text on either my IIgs or my
enhanced ][e.
