IIgs System Soft. Installation help!

I recently got out my old IIgs to fiddle around with it. I decided to
go to ftp.support.apple.com to get the latest version of the system
software.  After downloading this stuff to my mac and using disk copy
on my Mac to make the disks, I attempted to install them on my IIgs.
When I tried to boot off of the install disk the computer responded
iwth unable to load prodos.  When I poped the disks into the drive, it
told me that GS/OS was unable to read these disks.  The disks were
formatted on my PowerMac7500.  What can I do?  My gs has the following
stats: 
rom 01
1.25 meg ram
20 meg HD
Transwarp GS unmodified

Help!?
