old apples games ???

Hey there Apple 2 users! I had a few questions that I was hoping someone 
would know the answer to. I have lots of old APple 2 games and I wanted 
to find out if there was a way to transfer them to run on MAC or PCs. I 
thought that the software might have been developed by now to try
