  A 25-pin switch-box (mechanical would be necessary) would probably do
the trick, but mechanical switches may have signal degredation. If
you could find an all-electronic switch-box that would probably do the
trick.

  You might be able to get away with putting one computer on each
end of the SCSI chain.  Just make sure you don't run them both at
the same time.
