Pictures on the IIgs???

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I really don't know the answer.  Is
there anyway to download pictures off of the net and view them on the
IIgs?  I have the screen that normally is with the IIgs, but I am not sure
of its official name.  Are there any jpeg or any kind of other picture
viewers made for the IIgs even if my screen is not good enough.  Please
