There are SCSI A/B switches available, but I have yet to see any (besides
the ones offered by "Black Box") that are worth a plugged nickle. (Black
Box products are expensive, but one gets what one pays for)
The biggest problem is that the SCSI chain operates at very high frequencies
which can best be characterised as RF (Radio Frequency) than anything else.
The relative skewing between the various signals must be kept to a
minimum at all times to ensure reliable operation, and this is not
easilly done in a switch assembly.
Personally I would (infact I do) physically shuffle my SCSI cables around
as needed to share a CD and tape drive between my IIgs and my Mac.
