It's been years since I've looked at QuickFile, but I think there were
options to export the data in several formats, including AppleWorks
(probably 1.x) and delimited. They may actually be under a "print to
disk file" function.

Apologies if I'm mistaken. I dumped my QuickFile long ago, so I have
no firm way to check.
