Didja try the Appledesign extended keyboard? It's the one Apple sells with
new machines. It's basically a low-budget version of the extended II. It goes
for $89 or so mail order. BTW there are places that still list the extended
II in their catalogs, but it goes for around $170. I figure that's why they
were discontinued, Apple always asked an unholy price for 'em. There's always
the secondhand market though, that's where I got the one I'm using on the ol'
Quadra now, in like-new shape for $100.
