converting GS files from Mac?

  I FTP'd system 6.0.1 for my GS from the Apple site with my Mac and ended
up with five files with the extension .bsc.  My mac reads and writes
ProDos, so how do I go about making those files into a set of system disks
for the GS?  I noted that the sysdisk.bsc file is 810k and will not fit on
a 800k ProDos disk.

  While I'm on the subject, I have a bunch of .shk files hanging around. 
Is there a Mac based app that I can use to unshrink these and copy them to
ProDos disks?

  Finally, I have a few .dsk files that were supposed to be for the GS.  I
assume that's a disk image.  How do I convert these from my Mac to my GS?
