.BSQ is one of two things... it's either a squeezed program (.QQ) that has
a Binary II wrapper on it, or it's a .QQ file in a Shrinkit (.SHK) file
that's been Binsciied. I would run it through BINSCII first, and THEN
through ShrinkIt. I'm guessing from the look of it, that you'll need both.
