VersaCard

Hello,

I picked up a VersaCard yesterday. When I first
saw it, I thought it was a clock for the IIe, but now I'm
not too sure. It takes two "N" cells to maintain some kind
of Battery-RAM, but I guess there could be something other
than a clock that needs that.

In case it helps, it is a long card with lots of
chips. It was made by Prometheus Products (C) 1984.
[ V:1.25 ] It two long banks of, and several singleton,
jumper blocks. It also has two banks of 6 dip switches
--one in each of the upper cornors.

What is it? Is it a clock? If so, How do I
install and set it? Do I need some special software to
make it run? Is it worth the price of two "N" Cells, or
should I throw it back?

                        Thanks,

                        Steve
