Only with a Universal Disk Controller. Even then, it will be of
limited use, because very few Apple II 3.5" disks are single sided
(you can use it for your own backups or data storage without any
problems, of course).

Or preferably using software (assuming this is supported by the
Universal Disk Controller).
Better still, use an Apple 3.5 Drive, or a UniDisk 3.5 (if you have a
"Liron" card or a IIc).
