At some point in time (whether we wind up with a functional and
releasable "new" FST or not) I would expect that we would release
emperically determined FST documentation. Obviously anyone that
depended on this would only be able to use it as a general road map
and not as "Gospel" as it would most likely not address anything that
was unrelated to the needs of the ProDOS FST.
