of course, it's patently not possible that Cold Fusion of full of swamp
gas, is it?  oh, no!  The anonymous poster is ALWAYS right, the big bad
company is always wrong.  No wonder this country is going to hell in a
handbasket.  

Since you obviously have all the facts in this case, why don't you post
them so we can all judge fairly?  Oh, but that's not the way things work
in your little imaginary world is it?  All I can say is you must be a joy 
for prosecutors when you pull jury duty  - convicting without evidence is
a dream come true for them.
