I also recall a stand-alone product that included a 5.25" disk and red 
pamphlet with the Call-APPLE logo, perhaps 30-40 pages in length. I used 
it to write a RAM disk driver for the 64K version of Apple Pascal 1.2. 
Commercially, is was a bit of a flop, as most developers used the 128K 
system from a hard drive and wanted the larger symbol table space rather 
than a RAM drive. Sadly, the code was lost when the sponsor failed.
