There is JV PreRelease, which does it quickly & in color... if you have a
Second Sight board, you can use Second View Pro which does it slowly and
in color. If you have a shell, such as ORCA or GNO/ME, there are the
djpeg and cjpeg commands. These will work under an ISP's Unix shell as well.
