There is a shareware program called "Resource Spy" that can read
information from Mac resource forks, provided the fork has been
converted into a plain binary data file.
For most resource types, it just extracts the resource as a binary
image. For a few types, it can also produce a IIgs-specific
conversion of the data. I don't remember which types it handles, but
I suspect Fonts, Sounds and Icons would be included.
It is very unlikely that it will be able to convert PICT resources.
The Mac and IIgs PICT formats are quite different. I don't know of
any program that can convert between them.
