Been there. Done that. Gave up. Besides, I am not ticked off at you. I 
wish you all the best in your future endeavors, and hope you get your 
shit together. I am just a consumer, with certain expectations regarding 
service. You did not live up to those expections in my particular encounter
with you. Since we live in a free-market society, I was able to select 
another company to do business with who has been prompt, courteous, and 
reliable. You lost a customer. Learn from it and don't lose any others.

The matter was closed the minute you lost my business. We have no 
unresolved issues to attend to.
