This is from (what may be "corrupted") memory, but that might be a
128K(?) banked RAM expansion board from Omega Microware (the same
folks that originated _Locksmith_).
Assuming I'm not completely out in left field, this card is _ancient_,
probably around 12-15 years old. You may find ads in older Apple
magazines, such as _Call-A.P.P.L.E._.
I would assume the card is a multi-banked "language card" semi-clone,
like other of it's era. If so, you might look up information on
switching the old Saturn or Neptune memory expansion cards and see if
the same types of routines work. (Normally these cards came with
driver software, or at least a manual documenting the softswitches.)
