Unknown chips

Hello,
I have 3 chips that I have no idea what they are. 
The first one is a 16-pin chip. It has "MCM4116AC20" printed on it.
2nd is a 20-pin chip and has a 2 lots of white writing on it, the first
lot has "341-0005-01 Apple 1978 P5" 2nd lot is "Singapore 8009X  471  TBP18S22N"
3rd chip is another 20-pin device and again has 2 lots of printing on it:
"641-0010-00 Apple 1978 8P6" and "SINGAPORE 8014X  471  TBP18S22N"
