It's nice you had a pleasant Diz experience. I didn't. Someone asked if 
anyone had a negative comment about their service, and I did. If you want 
to recommend the guy, I have no problem with you....I just don't agree.

I have no trouble waiting, but if someone tells you you will have something
in two days, and it never shows, they are probably going to lose my business.
Life is too short to give companies like that a second chance, especially 
one that is in extreme financial distress like Ego.
