I know that - the card did exist, and several people have them (from
beta testing, presumably, or "leakage").  The card was never
officially released, and was never available to the public.

Which is exactly what I said in my previous post (in less detail).

Again, it was not "released".  It certainly existed, though I have not
seen or heard of any evidence to suggest that it was at more than the
design and/or beta testing stage before being cancelled.
